All phone calls are returned within 24 hours. The hotline is set up for parents to call if they need to talk, want to be connected with other people who have encountered a similar situation like they have or if they need help after they are discharged from the hospital.

Support groups are held every third Thursday of the month at 7 p.m. This group is for all parents and family support persons who have babies in the NICU.  The topics vary from month-to-month.  Families can expect this to be a parent-to-parent support group.  Families are strongly encouraged to bring members of their support system such as grandmas, aunt, uncle, or friends. There is free babysitting provided for siblings and refreshments for parents/support persons.
