About Us
The University Hospital Medical Practices receives nearly 140,000 visits from Hamilton County residents each year. Whether for post-operative care or your annual check-up, the Medical Practices’ health care team works to ensure your good health by assessing all aspects of your care. The health care team members include physicians, residents, nurses, pharmacists, medical assistants and social workers.
The medical practice physicians are primary care providers, including the care they provide for those below the poverty level. University Hospital is dedicated to the community and serves the greatest number of underserved people. Financial counselors are available on-site and can determine your eligibility for state or local financial aid programs.
